Lucked out on this one
I have bought renewed phones from 2gud, cashify and now amazon. 2gud has been a good experience and my preferred partner for refurbished phones. Cashify is the worst in terms of customer satisfaction. This product from Amazon is good till now. Product has minimum usage signs and is in perfect working condition. Will see how it holds up in long term use. I used a Samsung note 9 bought refurbished from 2gud for almost 2 years without any issues. Hope Amazon will provide a similar experience.

somethings wrong
s21 series is ip68 and is supposed to be waterproof but this fell in some water hardly 1 feet deep and was taken out in seconds but now its screen is completely broken how do i claim the warenty

Not a single scratch. Looks like brand new. Came with Samsung original charger. A mobix box, bills, warranty card and other essentials. Man, god bless you. Thanks a lot for you service. Definitely you made a permanent customer.
