Have been using hammer toe pads to keep my toes from curling under for some time now. There are a number of factors that make these toe cushions one of the best ones I’ve ever gotten.Comfort – Had originally been using the felt type – but found the silicone gel are a lot more flexible and comfortable because they do a better job of conforming to the space between the toes and the sole of the shoe as you walk.Well Designed – These toe cushions come as a pair of left and right pads. Several companies offer a single (straight) cushion that can be used on either left and right feet. It is surprising how that little bit of curvature built into these pads to copy the alignment of the toes improves the way they work. Additionally, the toe loop that holds the cushion in place is sturdy and well built. Some cushions have flimsier loops that wear out and tare off after a short while. These look like they’re built to last.Sizing – In much the same way as cushions designed specifically for left or right feet work better than the non-curved variety, so too I have found that cushions that are designed to address shoe (foot) size work a lot better than those that are “one size fits all”.It is unfortunate that a size option wasn’t offered. If they had, then these would have been some of the best hammer toe cushions available.

Immediate relief and comfortable. I wear them all day.

the first day they work for the exeption that the toe ring was not wide enough to cover the nucle part of my toe so it didn’t help much. It kept my toe down keeping it fromoverlaping to my big toe. The next day I put them on and the whole thing curld under making my feet hurt. I had to remove them with in an hour. I use them for my tenis shoes I use for work they are not good to wear with them. Im not able to see how they fit inside the tenis.I like them but I wish there was a better way to use them. I was thinking a wider double ring and a more firm or wider bottom. I’m keeping them I hope they work for others

When in position, it helps tremendously, however, the toe ring doesn’t hold the pad in place well and the pad tends to shift. I also have a hammer toe pad by Jill which has an adjustable cloth pull which is more effective in holding the pad in place. I thought this one would work well because of the gel toe ring but it’s not performing as expected. When I shift the pad in place under my toes after my socks are on, it works fine, but the shifting is a pain.
