Over all performance of the product is good but Fingerprint Recognition is 0%.Instead of it, MI 11X purchased 2 years back is working100% better then this one with all features.

12 gb ram phone hangs on playing games
What good is a 12 gb ram phone if it cant play even the least resource intensive games?! My kid installed Payback 2 and phone kept hanging every couple of minutes whenever there was an ad during the game! Surprisingly he’s been playing the same game since aeons on my Redmi Note 7 pro as well as Redmi Note 11 pro but without a darn issue on any of the phones.I immediately put in a return request but the person who came to pick it up denied return stating that there was some “verification failure” even though IMEI matched and product was also in mint condition and asked me contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they said that there is an internal issue of “verification failure” that’s been plaguing amazon since quite a while and it would take another week for their internal investigation of the issue post completion of which I am supposed to call them back again.Agitated and helpless, I bit the bullet and waited for a week. Thank heavens that amazon initiated a return request from their end when I called after a week and the very next day the phone was picked up.Still waiting for my refund and hoping that amazon expedites it!
